There is gas station and car wash (unsure of brand) going in on Cow Bay Rd. in Eastern Passage where Seafarer’s Pub most recently was.
A pasta shop was already supposed to open in Downtown Dartmouth, but is understandably delayed and is looking to maybe soon start up with take-out and delivery. Chanoey’s Pasta will be at 41 Portland St. until late last year was a Subway. A few weeks ago I also mentioned another pasta spot opening about 50 metres away on Prince St. called Maria’s Pantry (and yes from what I understand Chanoey is a Friends reference)
Beaver Sailor who had already announced they would be closing their Hollis St shop in October, has decided this is the end now and won’t be reopening post pandemic.
Longtime LGBTQ2S+spot Menz and Mollyz Bar has closed permanently up after 15 years.
