There aren’t any words that I can share that will change what happened , or any words that haven’t been said. Just that I love this province and will continue to.
Now on to some other things that happened this week.
The David’s Tea location on Spring Garden Road is all cleared out and won’t be reopening post pandemic. This is ahead of upcoming demolition of the entire block length of buildings.
Looks like Ontario based chain Bar Burrito is about to start construction on a location at 50 Tacoma in Dartmouth in what used to be a Reitmans. At one point a few years ago they had Mic Mac Mall listed as a coming soon location but that never happened, guess they never gave up on Dartmouth
Downtown Dartmouth constant Angela’s Tailor Shop is wrapping up business after 50+ years at the end of the month.
Kebab Kitchen has opened their restaurant on Windmill Road in Burnside with just weekday takeout for now. They are in the same plaza as Cheese Curds.
Noticed a sign on Discount Hub in Burnside that they are temporarily closed.
Hopefully they will be back next month in time for their 2nd anniversary of their going out of business sale 🙂
also I continue to update http://covid19.retales.ca with restaurants still operating in some capacity for takeout or delivery. In the last week alone I added more than 10 places that are back in the game.
