everything in blue will vacate by the end of September so that is the Historic Properties Mall, Pickford & Black and Salty’s
The exterior of the mall will remain but interior will be gutted .
the rest in orange box will be redeveloped as part of the new Ferry Terminal project, and
the Law Courts will remain but surroundings will change.
The former Korean BBQ , Kor B Q on Lacewood sign has changed to Lor B Q. and it is a Pakistani restaurant whose full name is Lahore Fusion
Coming soon beside the Hydrostone Groceteria on Isleville is a an exotic pet store called Mr. Freeman’s Exotic Emporium
The former Serpent Brewing in Spryfield is going to become something called Curry Cove
NSLC confirmed they are opening a store in Dartmouth Crossing but not exactly where

A new version of Rumours has returned to Halifax , replacing the Wobbly Duck on Lower Water Street

You are absolutely right! And it’s a very sad thing to know this. However Jesus Christ is returning soon and nothing will look the same after he leaves with His church.
All these new developments are ruining HRM.Just stop!!!! If you want to do anything create safe affordable housing,all these other things are being built just for profit and higher rents and can wait… You build up expensive buildings while the homeless population grows you should see the problem here and be ashamed!
