The Robin’s Donuts on Prince Albert Road in Dartmouth is closing Feb 3
That will leave only Porters Lake and Upper Tantallon as their 2 remaining locations in HRM

In the next week Flynn’s Dairy Bar will open a location at the corner of Spring Garden and Robie. This is taking the space that was Subway until they moved across the street late last year
Looks like another Asian grocery is taking the place of Loong 7 on Nine Mile Drive, The name escapes me though, Sunny Fresh market or something like that.
