Depending on your health insurance, this may make a difference in your purchasing routine. You may also want to factor in how well you want to know your pharmacist which works better in smaller locations or whether your big box offers you loyalty incentives.

I also tried to look into the per pill price, and Costco and Walmart tend to come in cheaper there on common pills as well in other parts of Canada, but could not find Nova Scotia specific data.
