Another short update this week, so short I think I will skip the template

The eclectic Harbourview Weekend Market has closed its doors. The Downtown Dartmouth building on Canal Street which has served many uses over the years including a Dominion grocery store, an NSLC and a Value Village will be demolished ahead of a mixed-use commercial/residential project.
it will be converted into a tech hub for Dispension Industries, (a Dartmouth-based life sciences tech company. )

Cape Breton pizza chain Kenny’s Pizza has opened its latest HRM location this time on Kearney Lake Rd at the bottom of Parkland Drive.
This location like their Cole Harbour spot offers a drive-thru window.

The taproom portion of Bulwark Cider’s new Dresden Row location is now open, the retail sales began a few weeks ago.

Press Play Cafe is coming soon to 585 Sackville Dr. the same plaza as Tom’s Family Restaurant. Press Play will feature games and play areas for all ages.

While across the street at 592A Sackville Dr. Incredible Thrift is getting close to opening a used and consignment shop. The space used to be home to The Ultimate Party store who moved a block away.

Gummie candy chain Squish Candies is closing all of its stores except one location in Toronto. The only local store was in Halifax Shopping Centre, they plan to continue with online purchasing as well.
