My beloved HFX Wanderers FC reopened their fan shop at their new administrative HQ at 5566 Sackville St, about the length of two pitches away from the pitch.

There is a major development already underway between Connoly and Oxford
and there is permission for one on the corner of Oxford and one inset Oxford and Young
but that is all that is on the books, The Centre plan allows for dense development there but there are still lots of individual properties in that strip
I personally know 2 homeowners on the south side
plus there is a gas station that would need site remediation, a Tims, a funeral home, a church that are all in that stretch
