650 Washmill (at Dunback) is going to have a few new tenants the quickly expanding Smiling Goat Espresso will be setting up a cafe. Tru Salon Studio also is opening and has an interesting business model. They lease to micro business, so every chair/ station is a separate business but all in one place kind of like a mall but for beauty services. A daycare as well will be opening.
