Urban Planet is coming to Barrington; they will be taking up the first two floors of the recently vacated space where Attica was by Blowers St. I also hear that the recently opened Stitches at Mic Mac will be converted to an Urban Planet within the year as well.

The Chickenburger at the Airport is now closed. It will be replaced by Pannizza in Julys. Amos Pewter will also be opening a store before security.

All Superstore (Loblaws) Gas Bar’s have been sold and will become Mobil stations, they will still be issuing PC Points.


RUMOUR: In Burnside just by Dartmouth Crossing (Wright at Wilkinson), I hear there is going to be a large gas station. I was told Shell, Sobeys Express, A&W and Tim Hortons

Captain Kevin Seafood now open on Cole Harbour Rd. Basic seafood counter haddock, salmon, live lobster. They will add takeout fish chips in the coming weeks (has to do this to get around silly NS fish processing laws)

The small NSLC in Queens St Sobeys will move to Park Lane, while the full sized NSLC on Clyde will move to the parking lot of Queen St Sobeys.
Kew furniture has closed their Granville Mall location and will be reopening on Gottingen by the Hydrostone(@ Kaye) their Portland St store will also be closing soon as well.
