The Needs on Queen St closed, part of a master plan. The building will come down and the NSLC will be building a self-contained store in that spot. The NSLC in the Sobeys will close and Sobeys will renovate their front end. As well Sobeys is building a Fast Fuel across the street and that will have a new Needs.

The former Second Cup on Quinpool is going to be Dilly DallyCoffee Cafe , I like the idea of a coffee shop there again and even better a local one. It will be licensed as well.
